what should yahoo do as microssft offer to buy yahoo? what do you think ?

Any idea why Microsoft wants to buy Yahoo? Or, more importantly, why would Yahoo even think of selling itself to Microsoft? Personally, I think Yahoo is doing good so far (although I am not privy to information regarding its financial circumstances), so why sell it?

I don't know what's happening inside Yahoo, but if I were its owner, I wouldn't sell it to Microsoft or to anyone else. I think business is good for Yahoo and they're already an icon in the web community. They should move ahead!

Yahoo can be quoted as"WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER" yahoo is still doing great ,since many years have passed, its an all time winner site . It has been a trend setter in all fields. so there is no need of selling it right now.

Yahoo as already declined the offer, so they will not merge with anyone. i think its a good choice for Yahoo.

It's simple. Number 1 is Google. Number 2 is Yahoo. Number 3 is MSN. So Microsoft's business practice is to buy their competition rather than beat them. By combining the number 2 and number 3 business they come closer to competing against number 1. Why don't they just buy Google? Too much money and Google is smart enough not to sell.
